Book a room

We are excited to share the hotel booking form with you. This works a bit different than booking a room in 2016/2017. To book a room at our event hotel please download the booking form and e-mail the filled out form to the hotel.

Like the last years we have a special price offer for the rooms. A single room will cost 109 EUR per night. A double room will be at 119 EUR per night. This rates are including breakfast, VAT, use of the SPA, free wifi and free parking. There is also a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. This special rates are open until April 3rd 2018.

We know most attendees would like to stay on location to have easy access to their private rooms throughout the weekend and be able to stay up with their favorite authors and new friends, but it is not always affordable with travel costs and event tickets.

We hope these rates work for most of our delegates. We want to spend as much time as possible with all of you during the EPC weekend. We want you to have a fantastic stay in the Netherlands.
